Nope, Vulcan called the TA back in Nov - Dec and they said that a billion shares purchased on open market likely were moved to Treasury. Keeping the Issued the same but reducing the outstanding.
After that I called and emailed they never would give me any information.
Not an official share buy back.
Seems from the filings that didn't happen.
