That is in reference to talking about clients and deals, like the Bahamas Corp thing. He talked about it before the deal was complete and it fell through.
There is no reason no to produce an annual report and quarterly report as promised. His inability to deliver on his word is why we are where we are at.
He has a bad reputation for not delivering and this only lends to it.
He needs to keep his word and not go dark.
