Were going to create new highs this week for TALK, Im sure they'll love that. Wouldn't be surprised if that was them hitting the bid just now for an additional short position. When TALK breaks out, they'll start to cover at the offer. Until then, their going to do everything they can including late night message board spamming to try and keep TALK from breaking out. Their only problem now? Their previous tactics arent working anymore and their felling the heat as we teeter around TALK's break out point.

Oh and now that the supreme court has ruled that we can sue on a state level, lets bring a few shareholders together and other companies to sue ihub for damages once we really start to squeeze them. Im sure we can get a bunch of other companies and investors on board who have fell victim to their short and distort fraud. We can also more than likely able to create a strong criminal case against them if we are to win.
I have a feeling the days are nearing were the SEC will really be cracking down on this naked short selling via the DTCC loop hole or lack of regulation is really what it is and message board manipulation now that the supreme court ruled in favor of civil suits on a state level when it comes to this sort of thing. When that time comes the US government will be looking for someone to lynch. Guess who's at the top of this pyramid of short and distort fraud? Thats right, ihub! When the US Government decides to crack down in certain areas of security fraud they love giving out life sentences.
If they had half a brain they would stop and try to salvage what they can before this day approaches. I know I for one wouldn't want to be the prime focus as ihub more than likely will be if they continue this in front of everyone's noses as if they were blatantly taunting the US Security Exchange Commission with their short and distort fraud, even laughing publicly in regards to the idea being sued or criminally punished over such. Their arrogance will be their down fall just as it were for Matt the original owner, not to mention theres certain people out there who choose to seek resolution by other means than the legal system. If they keep this up, trust me their time will come. Even Hitler met his down fall, he resorted to suicide as punishment for his crimes came abruptly knocking at his bunker door.
