This may sound a little crazy....but, I really do hope Bill waits it out until a couple of these issues are settled out. The lockdown of the MMPR/MMAR with Health Canada until new legislation can be written to keep those ass holes from manipulating the law will begin in August and I think that will be very instrumental in our endeavor to be Licensed.
Then in Oct., we have the hearing with the OMB, which I can find NO REASON, that it will not be in our favor. The rest is simply gravy to get our money back and be made whole, via the NAFTA case.
The only good that I can see coming from an early listing in the markets would be that we may have the opportunity to acquire cheaper shares, until we have operations up and running.
This is simply a matter of time....very little time considering that we will know by the end of the year for sure. It will happen and I see next year being very , very , exciting ......especially considering that the DEA is now considering moving MJ/MMJ off of schedule 1 this year, and more and more states are jumping on the , 'leafy' train.
All JMO of course.
