Today is very important for Scrc may 17th Ironridge. See how this plays out and what is learned. AS long as its a cash award which the market knows already that we were willing to pay 1.4m to IR as that already is baked into the stock.
I can't imagine IR would want 87m shares or get awarded that amount of stock for a 770k that was given to us that now amounts IR getting 400% seems ridiculous.
Bottom Line: we will have to wait on this news. The other piece is Express Scrips that we want closure on as well as very little information at this time.
