What happens if the shares note holders dumped are found to be illegal?
Chas mentioned the buy back was legit so there may be less then 90 million shares out.
What happens if the court case ends, share structure is adjusted and we get notified that a merger has taken place or it's now a low float clean shell?
Might see some short covering and vertical price adjustment happen fairly quickly.
