Goodspeed and all other longs effected by RS,

It seems GRCU has a lack of credibility with many of us and possibly the general public. I had 2.5mm shares and now I have 18K shares due to the 1/130000 reverse split. I was up $50K-$60K at it's peak with huge news on the horizon but held back from selling because I didn't want to pay the short term capitol gains. It's only money!
The Rico Suave roll out is a good example! What was that? A planned tax write off? A lack of demographic planning? An obvious and admitted lack of financial planning! That energy drink roll out was announced 10-12 months in advance and was stroked over and over again. Once the product was finally rolled out we were hearing about Rico Suave Energy Drink T-shirts and Rico Suave sponsored arm wrestling contests. They had the Rico Suave website with those beautiful marketing models and the retail location map with stores popping up weekly. Then they announce the product roll out wasn't going to be good for shareholders. I bought a case or two of it and the product is great! Better tasting than my typical Red Bull. I still have some cans in my man cave frig that I'll swig when necessary.
IMO this company could have been a huge success out of the gate if an angel wanted to take restricted shares for capitol. Cruz took 23mm +/- shares for his $123K of capitol but those funds obviously went fast. How much funding did the BOD think they would require to build this business after the TTDZ shell was bought out? Did they realize they had that huge tax liability which I think required $20K-$30K to settle? IMO it was very poor planning!
