First off, thank you for finally acknowledging that lot's of great stuff is going on, Durand. It must have taken incredible courage, which you lack, to even admit that. That fact, in and of itself, is the beginning of your unraveling.
Try as we might to explain this over and over, we will continue to do so until you understand. HJOE is in litigation with KBM. Since the company stopped filing, they had a stop sign placed on their ticker on the OTC market site. Stop signs do not usually encourage stock buying, they actually create a barrier to it. I'm not going too fast am I? Since the litigation is ongoing and HJOE will not file any financials until its outcome, the SP has tended to flat line in the 13-17 range. Once litigation has ended, many of us believe with an agreement, HJOE will take the appropriate steps to file.
We realize this will bury your hopes and dreams of vanquishing this company and yet, to further muddle matters, they have just signed another dealer in a major market in Las Vegas.
Hopefully, you'll have a slightly greater understanding of why the SP hasn't moved much, although it has gone from 13 to 17 recently, and you'll cease posting your mundane wondering. Doubtful, but one can only hope.
