Sorry, I disagree with you. I am not referring by the way to Baltia in those comments but rather the SEC could go a long way to improving these pink sheets to better protect investors interests. Those who wish to abuse the current system can do so almost without any fear of prosectution which, as you can see by others posts here, they equate the pinks with gambling or a lottery. If you call the company all they can legally tell you is what they have included in any news releases. If they are providing information not yet disclosed, then my point is made.
