i assume that will be a point of discussion today or a motion filed on HJOE's behalf to the judge. if they are claiming damages from KBM and their trading - this would be a consistent request to prevent them from doing further "damage" while the trial is ongoing.
need some more hitters to come in and go after the 17s on the ASK. very little offered. CANT was there for 10K at 16 and now 10K at 17. besides that - only 239K from NITE at 17. several of us did the heavy lifting at 15 and 16.
