My gut feeling is once the key is turn on Live Stream, that is when we find out weather a buyout or we go alone. My feeling is a buyout that's been in the works for sometime now. Just my opinion.
Many of the management insiders that decided to bring there technology & expertise, such as Uplink, 4K Studios and others, under Dave Foley's NTEK Umbrella were compensated with TONS of share. The shares that came from the 2 Billion. I can't see how any of them being on the inside didn't have any concern with the O/S if they didn't know that there payday will soon arrive with a buyout.
They all knew of Dave Foley and what he is capable of doing. His amazing talent and visions. They all had the same Vision & Talents
Stop and think about it...... Does everyone realize how fast..... A little over a year to build UltraFlix up to where we are today and to be on all of platforms we are on!!!!
Billion Dollar Companies our little NTEK are playing ball with ....
PARAMOUNT... WB... SONY...SAMSUNG... VIZIO.... LG.... ROKU... AMAZON... APPLE... etc...etc....etc
Proxy .... Audits.... R/S.... Hiring CEO....
ALL A SMOKE SCREEN AS THEY WERE DILUTING!!!
UltraFlix is going to be HUGE and one of the BIG BOYS wants it if not more than one ....
