I am not expecting a settlement to have been reached with KBM. What I would like to see is a judge ordering a halt to any trading by KBM of HJOE stock until the trial has ended or a settlement reached. This would allow HJOE some flexibility on the financial side to move forward with filing. If KBM truly believes $HJOE is insolvent then a judge may force a settlement with a "fair" rate of interest based on a cash payment and skip a trial. Ultimately- that is what is on trial here with respect to "damages."
I also dont expect any news this week to really propel the stock forward unless it is an announced settlement favorable to HJOE. I see the accumulation by myself and others more as the impetus for buying as the cheaper shares become "scarce" driving buying interest. If the assumption by the majority of current sharehokders and those following the stock that the company IS driving revenues and eventual filings WILL prove that, then the waiting game will turn into a calculated risk to buy ahead of the "run" instead of waiting and buying later.
It is almost silly to argue or counter sith poster suggesting there are only 3 dealers or that the shot products are going to be discontinued. The resigning with LTCG shows that to be false. That is $500K alone for the 2 year period.
