What they're judging the company on is their lack of filings and their responsibility to do so as a public entity. They're not wrong in the fact that we didn't file. They are simply and only looking at stock. Since it is in a negative light, my hunch would be to continue covering for short positions, or to work the SP down for their toxic bosses for the most gain.
What they refuse to accept and seem more desperate to prove at this juncture is that HJOE has no chance in court, cannot fund a court case, is insolvent and will never file. Some of which are twisted facts, opinions or outright lies. Where they will never go, as it will fully unravel the veil is the products and real expansion taking place with this company. As you say, it is as real as it gets and the only thing left is to connect the final dots.
May 16th teleconference could wind up being pivotal, or just more legal positioning from both sides as they move towarda a court case. Stock tracker has made it quite clear of his position, that they can't fund a case, and HJOE has made theirs quite clear that they can. I fully believe the company that has shown nothing but the ability to self-fund over the past several months from a message board lackey whose opinions smell worse then the shit he's trying to shovel.
