I hear along about pervs getting into the women's

I hear along about pervs getting into the women's bathrooms,why is no one talking about the pervs being able to walk into the girls locker room.
This is also part of the law! I can see a high school perv doing something like that.
That must be the reason. Nobody is bringing that situation up
