The shares are in the "twos" because each day there are people like the previous poster who start off the trading with artificially low bids to depress price. Anytime the shares start rising they jump in with a purchase amounting to $25 or so to shut off increases. The amounts traded in this market are not high and it is easy to do. This doesn't even begin to look at the "between account" trading strategy aimed at controlling price and stopping it from upward movement. That will change with sustained volume purchases but the company isn't quite there yet. I will say that the amount of creepy and criminal suppression behavior by a variety of penny ante small timers is actually a hopeful sign because there is a reason for their behavior.
