That's easy. In order to get in office they lied. As for the continuing delay I put that down to hardheadedness and maybe the slim hope CEN will just go away (not gonna happen for them). A bunch of those birds better start getting lawyered up because when it's over it won't be over for them. It's five months and four days before October 17th.
