They can't? So you are saying you have inside information on the KBM case, correct? You've heard from their lawyers that HJOE is insolvent, as you claim ad naseum on IHUB, and are not paying for lawyers now?? Are you telling us that this case is a contingency case and HJOE is simply looking to cut a deal?
