So once again slowly, HJOE obtained a loan from KBM and failed to repay the debt. Now do you understand how KBM was harmed? LOLOL!!!
It certainly isn't alleged Breach of Contract.
I suggest you read the terms and conditions of the KBM promissory note.

Every once in awhile- people like that need to be told to fuck off to send a clear message. I think the company is doing that legally right now with their suit avainst KBM. To date, none of the resident bashers have been able to articulate how KBM has been "harmed" by the alledged "breach of contract" by HJOE.
