I employ up to 10 people at times. One is payed minimum, just started.
If by law minimum wage was bumped to 12 dollars I would cut my work force by a third. The 4 bucks an hour jump is more than 4. Work comp at 8 per cent, unemployment at 8.5 percent, ss at 7.65 percent,general liability.
The old saying,"Figures don't lie, but liars can figure," seems to
me to be a lot of what you site from"academia".
