I don't think he would intentionally withhold fili

My one concern is that Levy threw that 8-K out there last week just to get shareholders off his back. If that was in fact his thinking, why give a specific time frame for the releases as opposed to something along the lines of "we are in constant contact with our auditing firm and we can assure shareholders that they are doing everything in their power to release the 10-Q and 8-K as soon as possible"?
Levy has backed himself into a corner here by providing us with a time frame and releasing the filings on time is the only way he gets out of this unscathed. I really hope I am wrong, but if we don't see the 10-Q by tomorrow morning, I think the sell off begins. Then, the further we go into next week without filings, the further pps drops. I am going to hold regardless, but I wouldn't blame shareholders one bit for bailing.
Here is to hoping we see a 10-Q preferably by tomorrow morning. If not then, it has to be tomorrow evening at the absolute latest.
