I asked that very specific question about convertible debt to Muse yesterday. They said they'd get back to me. They did mention that this last week, 3.7M shares (which is nothing, really) were sold by an affiliate, but that Bill said ZERO shares had been sold by insiders in the last THREE YEARS!!!! Great stuff. Not sure if VNDM is playing games...or if it's convertible debt... we'll see very soon, I think!
