Unless an extension is filed, the 10Q to be releas
Post# of 1023
Similar to the 10K from March, any form of sales is what I am looking for in the upcoming 10Q. The 10K had sales of $6,600 which I believe were forceps sales of 8 boxes at $825 per box.
The word 'any' is all I care about. ANY sales is what I want to see because it will indicate a continual progression of sales. SCIE feels like a perfect storm is forming, and although I completely understand this sounds dramatic and forward-looking, its what I believe based on my DD. Here's why:
Not investment advice.
Months ago, SCIE said sales would resume in Europe in 2016
Months ago, SCIE said sales may start in Saudi Arabia in 2016
England is out of the picture right now in my opinion. England has very strict regulations and itll probably be months or longer before we hear anything from them.
The WavSTAT4 is on EMEA and Europe's PENTAX webpage.
SCIE is attending MedTech 2017 where mega investors sync with promising companies. Why would SCIE pay the money to attend if they didn't believe they had something investors wanted?
Although the chart is only a tool, the chart shows volatility. No matter what 'it' is, something is happening with the chart which means investors are showing interest in the company.
Standard biopsies are archaic and will be replaced by optical biopsies within the next 20 years or less. I stand by this statement and believe looking back at this post in 2036 will prove to be accurate.
The big reason why I think SCIE is about to breakout over .25 cents within 2 years or less:
1. The original Spectrascience went bankrupt years ago. This was way before you and I were invested here. That company was an absolute disaster. Management was good but didn't know how to properly manage a medical device company. At the time, they were not focused on any one specific product. Many PR's and interviews from the company indicate that SCIE needed to clean up their act and get focused. They did this around 2010.
Not investment advice.
They focused solely on the WavSTAT4, ditched the LUMA device, and the rest is history. In my opinion, knowing the above information, why would SCIE now be focusing on creating a second device for Barrett's Esophagus (Duke/Oncoscope tech) if the WavSTAT4 wasn't ready for market? It would be a huge step backwards.
You're telling me SCIE spent almost a decade to clean up their act, only to start creating random devices and become unfocused again? I highly doubt it. Michael Oliver is a genius in this field. He turned this company around. I believe SCIE knows the WavSTAT4 is ready for market and that sales from the WavSTAT4 will not only obliterate their debt completely, but will finance their next project; the Barrett's Esophagus device.
Not investment advice.
2. SCIE has had numerous SEC filings showing hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue PER QUARTER in the past. If they did that with a faulty distribution setup, imagine where we will be once sales commence again. Remember, demand for the product and technology was NOT the problem. Distribution was the issue. SCIE admitted they messed up years ago by trying to distribute the WavSTAT to England on their own and lost over a YEAR of time doing so. This is why I believe this company has great management. They admit their mistakes. Now, they have outside help for England.
I believe we are now at the end of this period for setting up distribution and believe we will see slight and slow sales at first (starting with the March 10K which had $6,600 in sales) and then sales will exponentially build back into the $100K range per quarter. I realize this statement and post is pure opinion and I accept and welcome counter arguments. But again, DD is the name of the game, and every single piece of DD I have been able to find points more towards success than failure.
Is there risk involved here? Absolutely. Could I lose my entire investment here; Absolutely. This is the stock market, right? But because I didn't invest more than I can afford to lose, the reward greatly outweighs the risk.
