In my opinion I don't think the filings/10Q is coming this week. They 8K before that filings would come a certain time (71 days) and it did not come during that time.
Now they did it again...8k that filings would come this week and then again 2 weeks thereafter. However I think it is a way to buy time.
They've said before that they don't release filings during the day. So that just leaves 3 different times they will post filings.... After hours today...before the market tomorrow...and after hours tomorrow.
If they haven't done it by now... I don't believe they will, and I still believe it will be a long while before we see filings. JMO.
