xG Will Discuss the xMax Mobile Broadband Solution and IMT’s Airborne Video Transmission System for Critical Communications
GHC logoxG will be an exhibitor at the 2016 Florida Governor’s Hurricane Conference (GHC) 2016 which is taking place May 8-13, 2016 in Orlando, FL. xG Technology will be in booth #613. The exhibit hall will be open on May 11 and 12. xG representatives will be discussing how the always-available, always-connected and always-secure xMax broadband solution delivers rapidly deployable communications services for use during emergencies, disaster recovery and targeted event management. They will also be discussing the Airborne Video System (AVS) that was developed by xG business unit IMT. AVS is a state-of-the-art, aerial-based video transmission solution that adds an additional layer of safety and security to law enforcement, emergency communications, and critical infrastructure operations.
The Governor’s Hurricane Conference the largest forum in the United States to offer both basic and advanced sessions for developing capabilities to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from, tropical cyclones. The theme of this year’s event, which will include more than 47 training sessions and 45 workshops, is the need to “Reboot Readiness.” The show attracts emergency management professionals from around the state, country and the world to attend the training, state of the art workshops, exhibits and partner networking events.
