IGlow's/stocktrackers contradiction...: if $HJOE "lost" the PLN suit as he suggested - how did they pay them the $600K...? Since he says they are insolvent - PLN wouldnt have accepted IOUs and since they arent filing - they cant offer shares. So - what did PLN accept as payment? Either the company IS solvent and have the ability to pay it off OR they settled in favorable terms and did NOT "lose" the case. It is a circular argument he cant get around and he doesnt have the advantagenof having posts removed here like he does on iLie. So iGlow - which is it...? Did they lose and pay PLN outright to settle making them solvent and revenue generating or was their a settlement that favored $HJOE in them not owning anything further...? Cant have it both ways...
