I don't believe that Muse has to send out emails or tweets multiple times a day. This will result in fabricated emails/tweets that are based on fact but are done only to satisfy the 10/2 "requirement."
Bill tweeting occasionally is enough for me. He won't be reducing the time he spends moving $TPAC forward.
