One of the main reasons it is one of the most popular brokers out there.. I put in a buy order for shares on 5/02/2016 10:37:36 AM ET. I know others who had no issue who put in orders after mine.. it took till i was chewing the sob out both miraculously and simultaneously on 05/04/2016 @ 11:37:50 AM ET for that order to fill.
I will never recommend capitol one to anyone .. after the "10 free trades" are over i will go elsewhere.
