RS does not change valuation WHAT DOES? Buy Backs!! and that's how I read the Letter .. I may be wrong but everything that is in the letter says we're going to get Ntek in the place it deserves to be in the market. Period and for the first time I like the moves it's taking to get it done (IMO)
