Reducing the AS 1st? Then RS? or Both ate the same Time? Any guesses how many shares will be reduced? and what's the goal of all this? if not to up list what is it? if it is to uplist don't we need the Audits done?
We believe that the next move to the AS will be a reduction in conjunction with the reverse split
