Unless of course the settlement, should there even be one, is the demand for 65K cash and see ya. No shares, no nadda. I'd at least consider that. Of course, if HJOE gains the upper hand and KBM tucks tail and drops suit, we win. F the other companies, the giant in the making is us. We don't need to sail anyone else's ship.
