I bought 1's on 5/3 and 5/4. IMO they are filled first come first serve. Another person put their order in the morning of the 3rd. I put mine in on the 2nd. All of mine filled before theirs did. It just takes patience.
I think there is a while to go here before filings. The 4/20 PR said six weeks which puts us at the end of this month...first week of June.
Then the 2016 filing will be in on time per the company which is the end of June.
