I do really like that letter and how it explains the naked short/convertible debt process .
It is somewhat illegal but goes unchecked without any fear of being caught.
This is why the smart money in penny stocks is now geared this way. 99% of the companies fail. And this short selling exasperates the process and makes it that much more difficult to succeed. It is the easiest money made for the big boys .
Unfortunately for us the odds are so stacked the other way.
It is a rare flower that can escape the depths of Penny land.....
you never know though, all you need is a chip and a chair.
