Very interested to hear what the TA has to say on current share structure. As I mentioned in earlier posts, VNDM's presence may be part of creating resistance for flipper games to the benefit of other MMs (They ALWAYS win), but I'm always cautious when I see known diluters show up with hidden shares.

I think many of us have noticed the very literal way the IRT has been answering lately. I sent a question that was broader to them via email: "Is TPAC selling shares?" -- so that I could be more inclusive of board members and insiders. Will post the answer when I hear back. I sent it yesterday afternoon. No reply yet.
Again, if we ARE diluting, I'd be okay with it (up to a point), if it's for a PURPOSE that helps us all in the long run...not common shares being sold to enrich individual insiders...but as a shareholder, I just want to be informed of their plans and why they see the need to dilute (if they are).
