I see that Skil Ports' greymarket otc listing has just been cancelled (I don't think it was ever active?). Is this just part of an otc tidy-up of redundant listings? Or is it indicative of the company applying for a full US listing? The stock is actively traded on the London exchange (ticker LSE:SPL).
They are building a desparately needed new port on the west coast of India at Karanja Creek, south of Mumbai. After several years of delay in getting various planning and environmental approvals, construction is now under way apace, and the port is likely to become operational around the end of 2016 or early 2017.
