On May 6, 2016, Progressive Care executed an agreement with EisnerAmper, LLP to perform quarterly review engagements with respect to the financial statements beginning with the Quarterly Report to be filed for the period ending March 31, 2016. EisnerAmper is one of the largest PCAOB accounting firms in the nation with nearly 1,300 employees and offices across the country. EisnerAmper is recognized internationally as one of the premier firms providing advisory, audit, and tax services.
