$RGBP Desmond, Earlier today I went to the Molecuvax site and noticed that Harry Lander was CEO. A friend of mine just asked me about the situation, so I went on the site again. In the past several hours, Harry Lander's resume information was moved from (interim) CEO to a role on the scientific advisory board, with a resignation date as (interim) CEO being on 4/30/16. I do not have any other details to accompany this information. Here is the resume update from the Molecuvax site:
"Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Lander previously served as interim CEO of MVAX from January 01, 2016 to April 30, 2016 to assist Mr. Dixon with BORIS licensing agreement. Dr. Lander has voluntarily resigned to take the helm of our Scientific Advisory Board.
