Proof of concept is solid IMHO, but proof of sales/revenue growth requires whatever time it requires and can't be obtained any other way. It's looking very good though, and long tern investors will see all of the proof of concept they need to see this year to know they made a great choice in deciding to go long on Rocky Mountain High Brands. The buyout concept rests in Jerry's hands and his personal intentions for the brand. He won't even need to sell to amass great wealth from the venture. He owns at least 51% of the stock and will rake it in without selling a single share (until he's good and ready). He may want to build the company into a giant before handing it (or the proceeds) over to family once he and the company are both set.
