i am not waiting on Boeing news. anything appreciable from Boeing is months and months away at best. it would be extremely unlikely for their to be significant revenue from Boeing in 2016 WITHOUT acquisitions. since that has been officially taken off the table - that is out.

i am waiting for news on funding and guidance on 2016 revenues. prior business plan which Bill had been using quite stoutly as a fundamental basis for investors - appears to have been "tossed out the window" based on comments from IR. $50MM is now on hold as is the $10MM. share count is increasing and there certainly APPEARS to be dilution through VNDM.

back to guidance. biz plan called for $4MM+ in year one once they moved to production. that officially started in 4Q15. so - where does the company stand in 2016 for revenues? while i realize this is a major floating target due to numerous agreements in the air and/or some stage of being finalized - what is the new target? you cant run a business without measurable and realizable goals - especially when you have no revenues/arent profitable. when you are a start up and cant make product fast enough and making money - production and meeting orders is king and everything else becomes secondary (GM, cost cutting, strategic alliances, etc).

this isnt a matter of being impatient. this is a matter of consistency. Bill was pretty resolute on his timelines and biz plan and i and others appreciated that. this is a FUNDAMENTAL shift for the company. when fundamentals change - investors should reevaluate and adjust accordingly. what is the new revenue outlook? why should that take 90 days to answer? if the goal of IR (or one of them) is to get the price above a penny by year end, why are they providing increasing fodder for shorts/MM? why is the company diluting (if it is and why is it NOT being clear if it isnt...?)

i bought most of my shares at 0.0003-0.0004. i bought as high as low 50s. increased substantially in the 30s and 20s and then again in the teens and will consider again. however, until the above becomes clearer - it doesnt make sense to and the market seems to be echoing those sentiments. one of the biggest impediments right now being the apparent dilution from VNDM. the company goes from "buying back shares" and reducing OS to under 2BB to being above 3BB? why are these numbers so difficult to clearly account for.?
