Well the SEC's fine and cease and desist order against Curt Kramer was Nov. 25th. 2013 then less than 3 months later KBM started making their loans.
I don't think the SEC would have much of a problem finding out who's getting paid from KBM or was getting paid from Asher. Not really hard to connect the dots.
