Rosen's junior lawyer Jonathan Stern has a less than stellar resumé:
Wow ! ! A whole ONE federal trial ! ! !
No wonder they replaced him when he did that really wretched brief (that he had to ask for an extension to finish). But at least he can put on his biography that he got to write a pre-trial response in Federal court. Whoopee ! ! ! !
