If you go through i-hub's posts from Buybio2 when she first started posting, I think around August 2012 she mentions SRGE being in a press release on Bandara's website. Something about BGL updating investors on the litigation and mentions that there is a new company working the mines to keep people employed. Even BGL admitted SRGE was real, not to mention SRGE is on the concession titles after BGL was removed.
