It makes no difference really...If a tree falls in the forest and you aren't there, does it make a sound? LMAO! On this level if nobody visits the board then it all falls on deaf ears.
Liehole, bashers, JS all work together for one cause; To destroy a company's credibility. They do this by establishing doubt first, Toxic financing and the shorts work together to dilute into the market forcing the share price down; note holders make money, shorts make money bashers make money; The whole thing revolves around market perception making it increasingly difficult for the company to recover.... and finally.. if JS can convince SEC to halt the stock it rarely comes back gets forced into the greys..then the company files for 211 and form 10. more money, more time, more bureaucracy. Lawyers work with everyone else who's crooked. takes like two years before shareholders and company see anything. Investor confidence wanes.Theyse people hide and work along a very thin questionable line of ethics and policy. I'm not painting gloom and doom here. But this is a close description of lieholes parent company Advfn. it is by design and they operate within percentages. they know they will be successful with this formula say 80% of the time. So if the lose on a few..no biggy. There is enough $$$ exchanging hands to make everyone fat. I've watched this long enough to see what the behind the scenes operation is.
Here is the kicker. Advfn/Liehole is literally a cancer. It doesn't discriminate between legit good company's and those who are actually bad and corrupt.
They destroy either way and just make them look good when the catch a few bad guys along the way. in addition to this...they are also the Chemo. they wipe out everyone good and bad. hoping some will survive the attack with a compromised immune system.
