It's still a mystery as to why BGL terminated the litigation a week after putting out the annual audited report in which they still wrote "protecting the interests in Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera..". BGL's termination press release doesn't cover why they terminated all of a sudden. Why not take the impairment in the annual audited report and why wait a week/2 weeks and then send a termination press release? Even that last effort lawsuit they showed did not imply MSJ and they must have known that this last effort was meaningless. Something must have happened between BGL putting out the audited report and the termination press release. With locksflooring coming out with his post it is a possibility that MSJ took action against BGL, perhaps a letter to BGL to cease their activities immediately of lying in their audited reports about "protecting the interests in Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera.." and claiming BGL being on the concession titles as currently valid. If BGL does not cease this activity, then prepare to be sued. I've mentioned that BGL doesn't own the concession titles and they were not on the most recent current changes in the concession titles so it makes BGL null and void on the concession titles and that MSJ was on the latest recent changes in concession titles. I've also mentioned that MSJ or a senior miner who wants to take over the mines could take effective action against BGL anytime they choose if BGL continues to spread the lie about having a lawsuit for Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera in their audited reports. BGL camp should explain to their shareholders
the real reason for their termination press release.
