The ClearTrust docs will show the Defendant is wrong, according to Huffman , but SFRX doesn't want to produce them, even though they agreed to and got their precious protective order in place.
The Judge said they have to prove the Defendant's posts are false. Plus Kyle told the Judge only one brother sold maybe 1 million shares.
What are they hiding? And do they want to protect....the lenders or Lying Kyle?
