It would be nice if they can put a smaller buyback plan in place .If they are putting 20% of everything into cash why not use 10% of the cash for buybacks.A steady long term program. It was very discouraging seeing the OS back up to 3.7B and then cancelling plans to address the problem .It feels like they are crushing the common share holder with this OS.A long term buyback program would go along ways right now .
...ahhh...that's the conundrum! Where does a start up as this place cash...as much as I believe Bill wants to buy back as many shares as possible, he is also expanding the business...Australia, China, U.S.A. and wherever else he may take advantage of market-wise...I'm no accountant, but the only concern I could possibly envision is that he may be trying to "spread his wings" too quickly...I'm only speaking from my limited business experience, if I had a start-up, I would build the business(with available cash/assets) in the most viable and profitable market there is, if it were feasibly possible, then I would look at expanding my market and market share....but only after establishing my home base. Again, Bill has connections in this "marketplace" that may give him some interesting options. Only Bill knows. I would love a one-on-one with him...in the end, if this Ex-Im fiasco comes to an end all hands on deck and let the show begin as that kind of cash infusion into the business is a definite game changer. If Ex-Im decides to infuse any money period into TPAC, the result will be the same...where the PPS ends, is anyone's guess.
Once any OTC starts talking RS, then I have to change my strategy, as in my experience that is mostly not a good thing for investors...if you RS from strength, then it's also different. I had one investment that did an RS with the intent of "making it look good for institutional investors"...I caught it in time and dumped the "red flag" like a hot potato...to date it sits at a fraction of what it's pre-split price was...TPAC is not that type of investment from what I see...this business is a niche that many won't grasp...how Bill handles this from hereon in is important mostly for us as investors (as we are not the ones taking the "big risk" as Bill is doing to grow this...only speaking from an investor's standpoint....)it is the opposite then, of course for Bill and Company...
I don't usually rant like this for anyone, but for what it's worth TPAC has my attention...
All the best...
