Today's 1-minute chart. Look at the big volume+ candle just before 10:00. Around 24,000 shares bought when they dipped it down to 1.72. And lots of small volume activity. Notice between 11 and 12, where very small trades brought the price down several cents.

And, of course, a very tiny trade around 12:40 to bring it down.
