Obviously this poster knows what he wrote is inaccurate. How do I know this? Why would someone waste their time posting about a non-compliant company's 'non-compliancy' if they were seriously interested in Spectrascience?
Answer.. textbook naysayer with an agenda.
The closer we get to the 10Q, golden cross, and sales, the more naysayers will show up.
And, any serious investor in SCIE would research SEC requirements for 8K's and would instantly discover that SCIE is completely compliant with every SEC rule and regulation.
This is my favorite part of the post..
