I enjoyed Bill's professional tweets to us, and I do like transparency (and am fine with Twitter as a medium for day-to-day updates), but this IRT, in my opinion, needs to be fired, and a new one hired -- one with professional experience and a command of the English language adequate to the task at hand. ONE Investor Relations contact person would likely be enough, if that person is mature, professional, can write, and has the trust of upper management.
