When the 10k came out Levy emailed me and said they were now working on the 8k. However, someone...I think bon qui qui emailed him after the report was late and Levy gave the impression that it doesn't matter when the 8k comes out because its already late. He posted that here.

So they could be working on the 8k or they could have given up and began working on the 10Q transitional filing.

My thought is they will be released together. The 8k tells us why there is a transitional report and one without the other won't make sense IMO.
