Not answering the complaint is one of the smartest moves they've done. The defalt Does NOT include the 4.4 mil. Attorneys cost a lot of money. Adam was going to hand COR 3.3mil. Nobilis and Beaufart now have to return their divies. Signature now has to pay. Now there's a new name that has appeared.
The buyback was legal.
In the last case like this that COR filed, in the end, COR payed the defendent 1mil dollars.
Everyone knows CRGP has at least 4 mil sitting in an acct in Mexico city. THAT'S NOT what COR is looking for !!!
There's a good chance CRGP will end up paying nothing leaving CRGP a clean shell waiting for a merger.
